Children know how to relax. Just look at a child watching television. But as we grow up, we forget this valuable ability. Some fortunate people, when they have their first session of relaxation, can relax fully. But most people require a little more practice. And practice makes perfect. The good news is that the results are cumulative. But you do have to practice several days a week, if not every day, for a short period of time. You're relearning a skill that will reap great benefits.

Research shows that a relaxed person can't be anxious.
